Sun Salute Yoga

Come salute the rising sun in this energy boosting class. Sun salutations are a traditional part of yoga practice - they are invigorating as well as strengthening. Warm every part of your body as you begin your day!


Hatha Yoga

Traditional Hatha (sun and moon) is a variation of yoga that focuses on linking poses with breath to bring a deep sense of harmony and relaxation in the body and mind. Perfect for beginners or those looking to gain a sense of tranquility from their practice.

Vinyasa Flow

The flowing nature of the class means we won’t be focusing on form so much as the connection we have between breath and movement. This class will be vigorous and challenging, basic yoga knowledge recommended.

Restorative Yoga

Come one, come all! This class will make you happy to be alive. Sink yourself into the most soothing, comforting class that will leave you reinvigorated, rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. And you’ll feel great getting out of bed the next morning!

From beginner to advanced yogi alike, this class covers the basic poses with a focus on form. A class that will be challenging to both the mind and the body.

hatha flow

This class will focus on using breath to move gracefully through a vinyasa practice. We will emphasize core strength, physical stamina, flexibility and inversions. All levels welcome (modified poses will be given to beginners).

Anusara Yoga

Sanskrit for go with the flow, follow your heart or flowing with grace. Founded by John Friend in 1997 Anusara yoga is a powerful hatha yoga system that unifies the Shiva/Shakti philosophy of intrinsic goodness with Universal Principals of Alignment. This philosophy looks for the good in all people and all things. The art of Anusara yoga is a co-participation with Supreme consciousness. The poses in Anusara are considered "heart oriented" meaning that they are expressed from the inside out. On our mat we endeavor to always remember the spiritual purpose or highest intention of practicing hatha yoga, including reconnecting with our innate goodness and expressing ourselves from that Divine place. Students of all levels and abilities are honored for their unique differences

Lunch time Yoga

Transform your day with this level 1 class, moderately paced with poses focused to de-stress and energize your body mind system. This class is donation based, pay what you can or use your class card, all money will be donated to local charities.

Sadhana Yoga

Sadhana means self discipline or the ability to express the infinite within ones self. It consists of chants, yoga, reading of Jap ji, and meditation. These activities are geared towards clearing the subconscious of the previous days deposits and keeping the mind clear to accurately guide our actions. It is a tithing tool used to give 11% of our alotted daily time back to the universal source. After which our entire rest of the day is taken care of by the universe. A head covering of any kind (preferably natural fibers) is strongly reccomended. Come any time and leave any time you need. If the desire to sleep overwhelms it is fine. We benefit from over 70% of the subtle uplifting energies just from being present.

Ananda Yoga

Sanskrit for bliss this tradition of yoga follows the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, incorporating asana, pranayama, affirmations, and meditation. It brings hatha yoga back to its original purpose as a tool for spiritual growth, so it is rejuvenating not only physically but spiritually as well. The heart of Ananda is about raising your consciousness by embracing the natural effects of the asanas. For those seeking a well-balanced practice of work and relaxation, in a tranquil, uplifting environment. All levels are welcome.
